PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

We have rooms with private bathroom and with shared bathroom.

Each room with shared bathroom has a sink. There is a separate toilet and a shower room in every hall for guests to use privately.

Single rooms have one bed. Double rooms have one or two beds. Triple rooms have one double bed and one single bed. Quad rooms have two double beds. We don't have triple or quad rooms with three or four individual beds.
When reserving doubles please indicate number of beds.

We don't have room service but provide towels or linen at guests request.

Check in time is anytime after 11AM, check out time 11.30AM.

We don't have TVs or phones in the rooms. You can use the two phones in the lobby to call or receive messages.

Free Wi-Fi in every room. There is also a free machine for guests to use from 8 AM to Midnight

Save on weekly rental: pay for seven or more nights upon arrival and receive a 10% discount. To make reservations, call our reservation phones or e-mail us at artbreakhotel@aol.com as far in advance as possibe. We'll give you a date (usually a month before your check in date) to call or e-mail back to re-confirm. Failure to do so will automatically cancel your reservation.

Don't try to fax us. Now we have a fax machine but it doesn't work.

We use the softest hand-woven Costa Rican toilet tissue (something you'll remember us for in years to come.)
